OUR STORY
It all sparked with a vision to create a quality concept that could plug the gap between the mass-market and fine-dining tier of Japanese cuisine in Singapore. Being one of Asia’s most influential players in the F&B market, it was only a matter of time before Sushi Jin was born in the hands of the Les Amis Group, creating a rounded experience for diners offering high quality Japanese food, service and environment without the hefty price tag.

From designer Mallorca chairs, oak-panel counters, to intricately designed hand-pressed menus; guests at Sushi Jin can expect a carefully curated dining space that is not overtly extravagant, yet exudes a quiet sense of elegance and luxurious comfort. The pristine setting of Sushi Jin is equally matched by its gastronomic offerings – quality ingredients are flown in 3 times a week from Tokyo’s famed Toyosu market, while the sake range features labels that are exclusively hand-picked to complement the menu.

For those seeking an intimate dining experience, there is also the option of a private dining room which seats up to 6 people.
