Following a thoughtful reimagination of our new space, Sushi Jin now presents two distinct dining experiences under one roof. On one side, we deliver a refined omakase experience, unpretentious and focused on what matters most — fresh ingredients, precise techniques, and clean, elegant flavors. The other side offers a more relaxed setting, where guests can enjoy a well-curated selection of donburi from an ala carte menu.
Across both spaces, our commitment to quality remains unwavering. Premium ingredients are flown in thrice weekly from Tokyo’s renowned Toyosu Market, ensuring freshness and authenticity in every dish. Our sake collection is carefully composed of hand-picked labels to complement the menu, offering a harmonious pairing for any meal.
